For over twelve years, Attorney Chase has practiced law in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Further, in 2004 he was admitted to the Bar for the State of Connecticut.
Attorney Chase is an active member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations. He is a past member of Defense Research Institute where has served on the Lawyers' Professionalism and Ethics Committee.
Prior to opening his own law office, Attorney Chase practiced law in Boston, Massachusetts, with a focus on family law. Further, Attorney Chase enjoyed great success as a litigator in the defense of various high stakes personal injury matters.
Attorney Chase is the co-author of two publications, "The Defense of Civil Lawsuits, Appellate Procedure", prepared for a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program in September 2002; and "Medical Monitoring Claims Post-Bower", featured in the October 2000 newsletter for the International Association of Defense Counsel's Drug, Medical Device and Biotechnology Committee.
Attorney Chase formerly served as Legal Counsel to the Haverhill Downtown Events Commission and is a past President of the Colby Club of Boston. He is presently an elected member to the Methuen Republican Committee.
Attorney Chase graduated cum laude from Colby College in 1992 where he earned the distinction of being named a Senior Scholar. In 1996, he earned his juris doctorate from Suffolk University Law School.
